Cruise America shares that Patagonia is a company that prioritizes employee well-being and satisfaction. Patagonia, the outdoor apparel and lifestyle brand offers 100% healthcare coverage, a 401K match, paid parental leave, flexible schedules, on-site childcare for working parents, and generous paid time off. In fact, Patagonia has offered on-site childcare since 1983 which has helped ensure that nearly 100% of new moms return to work.

  1. The Progressive Corporation

Marcan Insurance shared the Progressive Corporation, the third largest insurance company in the United States stands out for its progressive ideals. Internal growth for employees is one way that this company ensures employee development. The company fills 80% of jobs above entry level with internal candidates. Another neat program Progressive offers is the Multicultural Leadership Development Program which encourages employees to grow their leadership skills.
